In order to maintain the health and safety of the SUNY Erie college community, our campuses will be closed to students during April break (April 10-19). Beginning the week of April 20, access to all campuses will be reduced to one day per week per campus through the end of the spring semester.

Students needing computer and/or internet access are welcome to use designated campus spaces as follows:

  • Tuesday: City Campus Atrium Open 9 am – 7 pm Only
  • Wednesday: North Campus Cafeteria Open 9 am – 7 pm Only
  • Thursday: South Campus Cafeteria Open 9 am – 7 pm Only
  • All other days: Closed

In order to access the campuses on the days designated above, you must enter through the checkpoints previously noted. You must also present student ID and undergo the health screening to enter campus.

Screening locations are as follows:

  • South Campus

Drive through location: On Community Drive, enter off Abbott Road

  • North Campus

Drive through location: On Arrow Drive near the YMCA, Use Tech Drive off either Main Street or Wehrle Drive

  • City Campus

Walk up screening: Post Office Building, Swan Street foyer

We understand that this change may be unsettling, but please know that all decisions are made with the safety of our college community in mind. We will reexamine this protocol on a regular basis as dictated by the progress of the COVID-19 situation in WNY, and any changes to our procedures will be communicated as necessary.

Students who need help with technology may reach out to their professor or contact the ITS Help Desk at 716-851-1835.  Login to the ITS Help Desk at to learn how to turn in assignments electronically, access on-campus academic software from anywhere, and more.

Thank you in advance for your understanding of our efforts to maintain a safe environment on our campuses.
